Whether you are new to Geneva, relocating, or just need to update your utility billing information, the City’s Finance Department is here to help. Both residential and commercial customers can start or stop utility services by filling out the appropriate form below. You will need the service address of the property that you wish to move in or out of. Please note that the City of Geneva does not service addresses in the Mill Creek subdivision.
Are you are moving into a home within Geneva? We welcome you to Geneva. You can start your home's utility services and open your utility account by notifying the Finance Department.
Are you moving out of a home within Geneva? We are sorry to see you go. You can stop your home's utility services and close utility account by notifying the Finance Department.
Any utility account customer who have a name change, new phone number, or new email address, can make sure the City has the most current information on file for your utility billing account.
New commercial, retail, service, and industrial customers moving to the City can notify the Finance Department to establish utility services.
Looking to relocate or close your business? Commercial, retail, service, and industrial customers can notify the Finance Department to terminate utility services.
