Welcome to the 801 Center St. variation page, where you will find documents related to this project. The applicant is requesting a variation from Section 11-5F-4B (Lot and Area Requirements) to decrease the side yard setback from 6 feet to 3 feet, as well as a variation from Section 11-5F-4C (Lot and Area Requirements) to increase the maximum lot coverage from 40% to 45%, in accordance with Section 11-14-5 (Variations) of the Geneva Zoning Ordinance.
