The applicant is seeking a variation from Section 11-5C-4 of the Geneva Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required street yard setback from 35.56 feet to 27.56 feet to accommodate a proposed front porch.
A public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. All interested parties are invited to present testimony for or against the application and cross-examine witnesses presenting testimony for or against the application.
