The petitioner is requesting an amendment to a planned unit development (PUD) to allow for the removal of an existing planter box and the addition of a low masonry wall related to an outdoor patio. 

Status

At this time, a public hearing for this request is not required. A review of the request will be scheduled before the Planning and Zoning Commission in the near future, to which all interested parties are invited to attend.
