Welcome to the 302 River PUD project page. The petitioner is requesting a preliminary and final planned unit development for a proposed 128-unit residential development at 302 N. River Lane, including all property generally bounded by River Lane, Stevens Street, North First Street, and Ford Street. The proposal includes a five-story apartment building with 114 units, and two, seven-unit townhome buildings. 

Status

The City is reviewing the proposal. Upon satisfactory completion of professional staff review, a public hearing may be scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission.
