Welcome to the 304 Deerfield Way Fence Height Variation project page, where you will find information related to this project. The petitioner is requesting a variation from Section 11-3-5 of the Geneva Zoning Ordinance to increase the allowable fence height in a corner street yard from 4 feet to 5 feet.  

Status

Following the Sept. 14 public hearing, the City's Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the City Council approve the requested fence height variation. The City Council will consider the recommendation at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.
