Vision Statement
The Geneva Police Department is dedicated to preventing and fighting crime through the utilization of the latest law enforcement practices and technology. Members of our department work in collaboration with our community, City entities, and other public service protection organizations to preserve the well-being of Geneva residents and visitors.
The Geneva Police Department strives every day to improve the quality of life for our community. Staying at the forefront of law enforcement technology along with continuing to provide quality educational and informative programs to our community will allow us to accomplish our ultimate objective: Providing Geneva with the highest level of law enforcement services possible.
In order to achieve all that is outlined in this Vision Statement, the Geneva Police Department must attain and retain the confidence, trust and respect of the community we serve at all times. This will be accomplished through a constant and earnest effort from all members of the department to perform their duties with dignity, compassion and professionalism. This exemplary conduct will foster and enhance in the public mind, the fullest realization that the City of Geneva Police Department is an important requisite to the well-being of the community.
