The City's 2026 monthly brush collection program runs from April to November. The program is intended for the disposal of limbs/branches that are removed by the property owner for normal maintenance and upkeep, not for lot clearing. The City's contractor will not collect brush material produced by a private company or service residences that have designated homeowners' associations (HOA) to maintain their property.
The contractor needs a full week to complete pickup for each zone.
Brush must be placed in the parkway by 7 a.m. on the Monday of residents' scheduled collection weeks since pickup days can vary.
Crews will not return until the following month.
Residents should follow these instructions to dispose of brush properly:
The progress map, which will be updated daily when the City's contractor is working in Geneva, details what neighborhoods have been picked up to date and what work remains for the month. Severe storms could delay the timeliness of the pickups due to high volume.
