Geneva owns and operates its own electric utility, and we take great pride in providing reliable electric service to our residents and businesses. However, like all utilities, we are susceptible to outages caused by bad weather, animals, equipment issues and more. This blog is designed to provide updates on what caused outages after service has been restored. Large-scale incidents will be posted in real-time on the City's Alert Center on our website homepage. The Geneva Chamber of Commerce will be highlighting culinary excellence by offering Geneva Restaurant Week – nine days of delicious discounted dining at some of the finest restaurants in Geneva.

Starting Saturday, Jan. 18 and running through Sunday, Jan. 26, Geneva Restaurant Week will showcase many delectable options throughout town. From fast casual to fancy dining, each venue will provide either a prix-fixe menu at an appetizing price, or discounts on featured menu choices. Come in out of the cold and sample something new or enjoy an old favorite.

For nine days only, foodies will be able to eat their hearts out at participating restaurants that will offer lunch and dinner menus for Dine On The $9s ($9, $9.99, $19 etc). Some deals are per person, others are for two and additional options you will only find during Restaurant Week.

Leave the cooking utensils and dishes at home as Geneva celebrates its thriving and unique culinary scene. Visit the Geneva Chamber website for participating restaurants and more details.
