[ARCHIVED] Metronet Fiber Installation Planned For Peck And Kaneville Roads

Metronet informed the City of Geneva that the company plans on installing new underground fiber in the Sunset Prairie subdivision.

The project is expected to start Monday, Nov. 11 near Peck and Kaneville roads, weather permitting. Construction will involve boring and installing fiber into the utility easements.

The installation is not expected to impact any roadways. The company did not provide an anticipated completion date for the project.
