More than 900 Geneva customers lost power July 22 after a tree limb fell into electric lines.

The incident occurred at 8:26 a.m. and impacted customers living north of State Street (Route 38) between Anderson Boulevard and Bradbury Lane.

Geneva Public Works rerouted power to restore service to 895 customers by 9:15 a.m. Crews had to remove the tree limb from the electric wires to bring the last nine customers back online by 10:15 a.m.
