The City is planning to conduct a controlled burn Thursday, March 22 near the Water Treatment Plant on Keslinger Road.

West side residents may see smoke billowing into the air but can rest assured no emergency is taking place. The Geneva Fire Department has been made aware of the burn event.

Weather conditions have been deemed favorable to move forward with the burn, but the City's contractor will reschedule if there are changes in the forecast. Any schedule updates will be posted on the City's website.
