Geneva Public Works Department crews will begin an underground water service repair project at 9 a.m. April 1 that will close a westbound lane on East State Street (Route 38).

The outside westbound lane will be shut down from Bennett Street (Route 25) to Garfield Street. Construction is expected to be finished later today. Both eastbound lanes will remain open.
