The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations for the Venture Park project. Following the August 24 public hearing, the City's Planning & Zoning Commission, with a vote of 4-3, recommended the City Council deny the requested comprehensive plan amendment and zoning map amendment; the Commission also recommended that the City Council deny the proposed site plan. The City Council will consider the recommendations at 7 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James Street.
