The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with a new application, the Brownson-Baumann House Historic Landmark Designation. A public hearing for this project has been scheduled before the Historic Preservation Commission at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.

Additionally, a public meeting with the City's Historic Preservation Commission for the Campbell Courtyard PUD has been scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Geneva City Hall. The Historic Preservation Commission's comments will be forwarded to the City's Planning & Zoning Commission to consider during an upcoming public hearing.

Finally, the City's Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the Riverbank Laboratory's PUD Resubdivision proposal on Aug. 20. The Historic Preservation Commission's recommendations were forwarded to the City's Planning & Zoning Commission to consider before their public hearing.
