[ARCHIVED] Demolition Of Former Cetron Factory To Take Place This Spring

Construction crews have started demolition on the former Cetron factory on Monday, March 23.

Richards Street will be closed from Hamilton to Peyton streets during construction hours. Demolition is expected to take several weeks.

The site is being considered for multi-family housing, but a plan would require City Council approval first.
