The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with public hearing information for the 601 N. First Street Porch Variation application. The City’s Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m. Thursday, October 23, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.

Additionally, two concept renderings have been added to the 514 Maple Lane Porch Variation, and the north setback variation request was revised for the 501 Lark St. Daycare Facility.
