The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with two new applications, the Solar Energy Systems Text Amendments project and the 4 E. State St. Historic Landmark Demolition project.

The City is reviewing the proposals. Upon satisfactory completion of City staff review, a public hearing may be scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission (for the Solar Energy Systems Text Amendment) and for the Historic Preservation Commission (for the 4 E. State St. Historic Landmark Demolition) in the near future.
