New to Geneva or moving out of town? People can now stop or stop utility services from the convenience of the City’s website.
The forms for both residential and commercial utility customers can be found online. Both forms are mobile-friendly.
Customers who submit information electronically to the City also have the option to receive an email copy for their records. The move to a digital format helps the City reduce the use of paper.
Starting Monday, July 2, the City’s Finance Division will no longer be accepting start/stop utility service requests over the phone. Customers will be directed to the City’s website, or they can visit the Finance office at 15 S. First St. Normal business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
