Geneva customers will be receiving a new-look utility bill starting in July that will provide a greater understanding of their account.
The switch to a new printing vendor will reduce the City’s utility bill production costs by 43 percent going forward and also presented an opportunity to take a fresh look at the current bill layout. The redesigned look will feature graphs of historic electric and water usage, a section showing summary transactions on the account and a more visually appealing format.
The last utility bill redesign took place in 2012.
In an effort to improve security, the City also will be updating its online utility bill portal in the coming weeks. Stay tuned to the City’s website for more details.
