The City flag at Geneva City Hall has been lowered to half-staff to honor the life and contributions of longtime local business owner Richard "Dick" Matson.
Mr. Matson, 81, died April 6.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Matson was the owner/operator of Matson Jewelers in Geneva for many years.
