The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with additional requests and scheduled public hearings for the Verizon Tower at Oscar Swan and 1258 Meadows Road Driveway Variation. 

The Verizon Tower at Oscar Swan is requesting an amendment to the Blackberry Planned Unit Development, in addition to their requested Special Use. The 1258 Meadows Road Driveway Variation is requesting a Variation to increase in lot coverage, in addition to the Variation for an additional driveway approach. 

Both projects are scheduled to have a public hearing during the Jul. 14, 2022 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.
