The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with additional requests and scheduled public hearings for the Verizon Tower at Oscar Swan and 1258 Meadows Road driveway variation. 

The Verizon Tower at Oscar Swan is requesting an amendment to the Blackberry Planned Unit Development, in addition to their requested special ise. The 1258 Meadows Road driveway variation is requesting a variation to increase lot coverage, in addition to the variation for an additional driveway approach. 

The Planning & Zoning Commission will be hosting public hearings on both projects starting at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 14 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.
