[ARCHIVED] New Project Added; Meeting Dates Set for Multiple Applications

The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding three projects.

Batavia Avenue Sign Variation & Text Amendment has been added to the Development Projects Map.

8 Stevens Street Demolition has been added to the Development Projects Map and a public hearing has been scheduled by the Historic Preservation Commission this application at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.

Fox Valley Commerce Center Final PUD & Subdivision will be considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. A public hearing is not required for this review.
