[ARCHIVED] Street Improvement Program - Aug. 12 Update

City Road Construction

The City is working with Geneva Construction on 14 road resurfacing and drainage projects included in the 2022 street improvement program, which started in late July and is expected to be completed in October. Here is the Aug. 12 update:

Construction crews began pouring concrete for a new curb and sidewalk on Viking Drive Aug. 12.

The sanitary sewer extension project at Heather and Considine roads started Aug. 11 and is expected to be completed on Monday, Aug. 15, weather permitting.

Finally, the drain tile installation in the alley located between Britta Avenue and Geneva Drive was finished Aug. 10.
