The City has been notified by the Union Pacific Railroad that track maintenance will occur this weekend within Geneva. Work around and near the Geneva Depot will take place between 9am - 4pm on Friday Oct. 3. Additional work east of the Fox River will take place Saturday Oct. 4 and Sunday Oct. 5 between 6am and 6pm. Please be aware that federal laws requires train conductors to blow their horns while traveling through all work zones. The City will post additional information as it becomes available.
