The City is working with Geneva Construction on 14 road resurfacing and drainage projects included in the 2022 street improvement program, which started in late July and is expected to be completed in October.
As a reminder, the construction timeline outlined for all streets is weather permitting. Here is the Oct. 21update:
Britta Lane & Geneva Drive Alleys
Punch list items including concrete driveways marked for repair have been completed. The remaining construction items will be removed the week of Oct. 24.
Redwing Drive & Heather Road
Stone and pavers will be restored by Tuesday, Oct. 25. Pavement marking will be completed by the end of October.
Kaneville Road
Pavement marking will be finished by the end of October. A section of curb at 2525 Kaneville Road was removed and replaced this week. The driveway repair associated with the curb project will be completed the week of Oct. 24.
Pioneer Court
The sidewalk repair was finished, and a driveway repair will be done the week of Oct. 24
James Street
Parkway landscaping and restoration of the brick pavers will be completed by Oct. 25.
South Street
Parkway landscaping and restoration of the brick pavers will be completed by Oct. 25.
