The City of Geneva's website will be undergoing an update the week of Oct. 31 to migrate existing web content to a new internal editing platform.
The update is not expected to produce any downtime or impact any services such as paying utility bills or reporting non-emergency concerns to the City online. The overall site will provide the same user-friendly experience that visitors have come to expect over the past several years. However, the content migration process may produce additional spacing between headers and paragraphs on select pages.
City staff will be reviewing the website throughout November to resolve any issues, which are expected to be minor in nature. Residents and stakeholders that come across any significant website problems can report them to the City via email. Please provide the page link and a summary of the issue needing to be addressed.
