The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding the City's Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations for the 304 Deerfield Way - Fence Height Variation and The Roosevelt - Great Western Flooring.

Following the Sept. 14 public hearing, the commission unanimously recommended the City Council approve the requests for both projects. The City Council will consider the recommendation for the 304 Deerfield Way - Fence Height Variation at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. At this time a City Council date has not been determined for The Roosevelt - Great Western Flooring.
