Eastbound State Street (Route 38) will be reduced to one lane of traffic Tuesday, Dec. 12 as Geneva Public Works crews replace underground water service near Route 25.

The road closure will begin at 9 a.m. and is expected to be completed in the afternoon before the evening rush hour. Motorists should expect delays and use caution when driving through the work zone.

All westbound lanes of traffic on State Street will remain open.
