The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated after the Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the Brownson-Baumann House Historic Landmark Designation, Campbell Courtyard PUD, and Accessory Dwelling Unit - Text Amendment projects.
The public hearing for the Brownson-Baumann House Historic Landmark Designation was opened on Sept. 17 and was continued to the next meeting, scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.
The Historic Preservation Commission recommendations for the other two projects will be forwarded to the City's Planning & Zoning Commission for consideration.
Additionally, public hearings were set for the Campbell Courtyard PUD, Accessory Dwelling Unit - Text Amendment, and 117 McKinley Ave. Variation projects. The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct the hearings at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.
