With another election on the horizon, 14 residents filed petitions to run for open seats on the Geneva City Council in 2025.
The positions of Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer, and one alderperson seat in each of the City's five wards are up for election, which will take place Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Each position carries a four-year term. A second seat in Ward 5, which carries a two-year term, also is open.
