Some Geneva utility customers will not be receiving their monthly bill on time due to ongoing issues with the City’s conversion to a new software platform.
Customers that normally are billed on the 15th and 22nd of each month will receive their bills a few days later than normal.
The due date will be adjusted accordingly so all customers will have the same amount of time to pay their utility bills to the City. We apologize for the inconvenience.
