UPDATE: System maintenance took place during the evening Oct. 25 that prevented customers from making online bill payments.
We still are experiencing some technical issues as of 8:30 a.m. Oct. 26. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The City of Geneva has scheduled system maintenance for its online utility bill payment system starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25.
Customers will not be able to make online bill payments during this time. The system should be operational Wednesday, Oct. 26.
If your utility bill is due Oct. 25, please plan accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
