What is the earliest I am permitted to place my weekly trash for collection?: Garbage cans, recycling bins, and other stickered items for collection may be placed on the curb as early as 6 a.m. the day before the scheduled pickup. After collection, all empty containers / uncollected items should be brought back up next to the house by no later than 8 p.m. that same day.
