    Commuting habits have changed the past several years with many people having the ability to work remotely from home. If you have a remaining balance on your Passport Parking app account, you have the option to request a refund by submitting this form to the City.

  2. The City's Finance Department will review the Passport Parking website for funds remaining in the wallet. Once confirmed, the City will mail a check to the address above in approximately two weeks.
