Southeast Master Plan

In 2012, the City Council approved the Southeast Master Plan, an amendment to Geneva's Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2003.

The area includes land annexed into the City as well as properties identified for annexation into Geneva via boundary agreements already in place with the neighboring cities of West Chicago and Batavia.

The plan describes the City’s vision for the future of the area; expectations for development and redevelopment; and recommendations on land use, road connections, utility extensions, access and circulation, transit, and open/civic spaces.
